KaBloom did an excellent job. The plant I recieved was a gift after the death of my beloved Grandfather. It is beautiful and healthy. I recieved a sympathy lily plant (also known as the peace lily). The delivery driver also was kind enough to offer his condolences on my loss. Very kind and personal touch. They did an excellent job.

The flowers them self are beautiful, but my husband being overseas trying to surprise me failed with the driver's call to me telling me I was receiving flowers and then he proceeded to tell me he had my address but was lost and I had to navigate the driver to my residence. The incident was very unprofessional. My husband also had stated to be delivered at 4:30 PM, when I would be home and could possibly be surprised by the delivery. Instead the flowers were delivered at 11 AM. The flowers are beautiful but the delivery protocol could be improved significantly.

service was good... they delievered at the funeral home even earlier than i expected. However the flowers were not as vibrant as it looked on the picture.. they needed to work on that a little more.
