I am from Ohio and was driving to Texas for my fathers memorial service. I had forgotten to order anything before I left. My daughter ordered online on Friday. Our client loved the plant. They took a picture of it and sent it with their Thank You card. The customer service person called me to let me know the client had gone home from the hospital so I gave her his home address. She was very courteous, helpful and I knew she would take care of our delivery.

Originally had set up to deliver to my mother's house. No one was home and unable to get in the gate. I was called about the problem and gave my mother's cell phone number and you delivered the flowers to her while she was at the nail salon. My mother loved the flowers and the attention she got from getting the flowers in public. Great job!
