I've ordered flowers from Heaven Scent for my Grandfather four years in a row now. Each time he has emailed me (I am out of state) saying how beautiful the flowers are. One year I let time slip away and didn't place the order until the day before Christmas. Heaven Scent got it to him that day regardless. Another year they were unsuccessful at finding him home. They left a message on his answering machine saying he had flowers waiting to be delivered. Apparently, he had been spending a lot of time visiting with his friends who are at a convalesent home. My Grandfather asked that they deliver the flowers to him there. Heaven Scent honored his request and delivered the flowers where he asked. He emailed me saying "all those who saw the arrangement were excited about how beautiful it was." A great service minded company that lives up to their name.

Overall, a nice arrangement. The only flower that did not to well is the "stock". It quickly lost its luster and drooped. Hope this helps.

It was great everything went as planned.

The flowers were for my sister. They were delivered to a neighbor, probably because she wasn't home. She said the arrangement was gorgeous. Very satisfied!
