    Excellent service from the moment they answered the phone through the delivery of the flowers. They were beautiful and everything was handled quickly and professionally! I had a bad experience with a national company and realized the convenience and great quality and service from Wards’s seriously surpassed all the others! I will definitely be calling them again!

    There was a problem with my order and as soon as I called, I was told that the florist would make it right. Mistakes happen, but a commitment from a local vendor to customer service puts this business at the top of the list.

    The first time I tried Ward's was on a Sunday when I needed a funeral arrangement and couldn't find a shop in my area open. I found Ward's on-line and called them and they assured me they would have my order delivered in time for my friend's service. Not only did they deliver as promised, but the arrangement was gorgeous!
