I selected Miss Vicky's House of Flowers based on a Google search for florists in Chesapeake, VA, and chose her based on pictures of arrangements that I didn't find on some of the other websites -- more original designs. I wanted to order flowers for a friend's birthday, so I called Miss Vicky on her tollfree line to see if the design I had chosen contained fresh flowers that she might have in her shop. We were able to talk about which ones were nice and fresh and she's designing a custom bouquet for my friend instead. She is so friendly, helpful and honest about her flower quality that I would use her again. While the delivery won't be made for a couple of days, I'm sure this will be beautiful.
