    I ordered flowers for a St. Patrick's day birthday. Told the florist I wanted green and white flowers and another color that would 'pop' in the arrangement. When I saw a picture of the arrangement I couldn't of been more happier! It looked amazing! I have been going to this florist shop for the last 25 years or more. The staff are so helpful!

    I will definitely be returning to use the services of Crane's Creations. I visited Crane's in Puyallup to have a floral arrangement made for Dad's funeral service. I showed them my idea, and they were immediately excited to help me bring my creation to life! Then involved the Lakewood store due to the location of the service. The gals at the Lakewood store were amazing and excited to help with this floral as well. I wish I could post a picture because it was the "talk of the town" at the service. They hit it out the park! Thank you, Crane's, for all your help! You hit it out of the park!

    Too pretty for words. Stunning. Those were the reactions when my friend received the bouquet I’d ordered. But let me back up…I’d placed an online order to be delivered that day to a friend who was very sick. About 20 minutes after I finished, I got a call from the florist, saying they were out of some of the colors in that arrangement and she recommended alternates. Sounded good to me. Several hours later, my friend calls and is gushing about how beautiful the flowers were. She sent me a pic and I agree. In fact, the florist made a better bouquet than what I’d originally chosen!

    This is the 3rd or 4th bouquet I've sent my mom from the new Crane's since I realized they existed and it was absolutely perfect, just like my previous orders. I used to work in Lakewood and at that time, the old Crane's was my go-to. Since my parents moved to Lakewood a few years ago, I took a chance on Crane's 2.0 and it was just as wonderful as I remember the old Crane's. My mom is 86 and I hope that I have many more years of celebrating her birthdays with flowers from Crane's.

    The person who took my order was awesome! The flowers, with little direction from me, were so beautiful and arranged with really cool wood figures and items that made it really special.     I ordered the Designer's Choice for my mom's 79th birthday. She was floored at the beautiful bouquet and said I spent way too much money. I didn't spend too much. Crane's designer was just incredibly generous and creative within the given budget. I might never select a pre-designed arrangement again, but will just trust Crane's to work their magic. Probably not a good option for a control freak, but if you want floral artistry, I suggest the Designer's Choice option! 5☆

    I had originally ordered a succulent dish garden but since I placed my order the same day there weren’t enough succulents to fill my order. A basket with an assortment of healthy plants was sent instead. It included a balloon, Seahawks ribbon, and a cute, light-up Seahawks ornament, and a chocolate bar. It was delivered almost immediately to my daughter on her birthday. Susie was very helpful and assured that it would be delivered on time and adorable.     I highly recommend Crane's Creations without hesitation. I would use them again. Everything was simply superb. Some artists use paint, Bob Crane uses flowers. Thanks Bob. Crane's lifted a huge load from us and made it look easy. On 3 days’ notice, Crane's created 5 wonderful original floral arrangements for my father's funeral and memorial service. These arrangements honored my father as an avid gardener. Everyone attending commented how original and beautiful they were. Bob Crane used different flowers across all the arrangements to great effect, just as we envisioned. He even added fresh cut blooms from our yard, in January. Bob personally picked them up at our address the night before delivery. Delivery to 2 locations was flawless - just as we discussed.
