    Outstanding customer service! Beautiful, reasonably priced bouquet delivered with 5 hours of ordering. Delivery driver Kerry even texted photos of the order before delivery. Thrilled that I could place an order by phone with a live human. Debbie was fantastic and sincerely appreciated my business. Crane’s Creation’s 2.0 embodies all that I love about shopping small and shopping local!

    Ordering from Maine and ordering from out of state can be a little difficult but their questionnaire about what kind of flowers I wanted made me feel like I made the right choice! Love that they send a photo of the final product as well!

    I called yesterday and received wonderful service as they shared what my options were for selecting an arrangement or flowering plant to send our daughter for her birthday today. We selected a flowering azalea plant with a stunning color- beautifully healthy and full of blooms. They offered options that I hadn't thought of to make our delivery even more special. Our daughter's gift was delivered to her early this morning as promised and she was absolutely thrilled! Thank you so much for your help.

    After 2 failed deliveries from Teleflora, I luckily came across Crane's website. I ordered early in the morning and the flowers were delivered same day.     Crane's is the absolute best. My Girlfriend is sooooo happy to see an arrangement from Crane's. I ordered Mother's day 2 months in advance. Crane's delivered above and beyond. The arrangements are above first class. My girlfriend loves the teddy bears. Cranes's goes above and beyond ... i have been burned by others, and that is why I only use Crane's... dave

    I highly recommend Cranes Creations. My husband ordered flowers from Crane's for our anniversary. We like to support local small businesses but not being from the area, he wasn't sure which flower shop to choose. I am so glad he chose Crane's Creations. The owner and my husband spoke on the phone and she truly listened. The flower arrangement was positively gorgeous! One of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen.     By far, the best flourist i have ever used. I am so pleased I found Crane's. I found Cranes after another flourist on the search engine did disaster on Valentines day. That was it for me. Crane's if most reliable, friendly, and they know what they are doing.
