    As always, service, delivery and most importantly the "Goody Baskets" delivered are truly a "cut above". Whenever a member of my book club is ill or just needs a little cheering up we send a goody basket from Ashley's as the quality is always perfect.     The basket reached it's destination in a timely manner The presentation was excellent and the basket was generous.     When the recipient had moved to a new office, you tried to get the flowers there the same day. A mix up at the office as to her whereabouts forced you to deliver the flowers on Monday. You freshened the bouquet and they were a great surprise. You definitely went the extra mile (literally) to make this delivery and it is much appreciated.

    I was very glad to be able to complete my entire order over the web and have it delivered the same day, without any hassle. However, my only concern was that I didn't receive a confirmation of delivery, so I had to call to confirm. So, you may want to add a function that send out an email to your customers when delivery has been completed. Otherwise, great job...I was very satisfied!
