    Flowers were order for same day delivery but didn't come. Then owner called the next day to see if someone was home and I missed call they did not even stop at house. I had to drive 30 min north to pick them up. When given to me owner turned vase so I didn't see 1 of 2 sunflowers were missing over half the pedals. Very disappointed.

    Oh no!!! I wish you would have come back in or called me back and I would have taken care of the sunflower for you!! It would have been no problem!! I only turned the vase around so you could see your card, I had no idea there was a problem. Please call me on tomorrow and we will fix that for you. I'm very sorry that your schedule doesn't allow for us to deliver while you are home but we will gladly take care of your arrangement. Please refer to the deliver date on the card it was due for today not yesterday. Thanks and I look forward to your call.

    I really was impressed by the purple carnations shown on line. I placed the order on line, received a call saying they were not available. I was offered purple roses instead. While I hesitated, I decided to order the roses. They were absolutely beautiful. Would definitely use A Touch of Glover again and would recommend them to others. Thank you.
