    The flowers and chocolates delivered were good. But as I understand it they tried to deliver the day before the date. Couldn’t find the house, so delivered on the correct day after contacting the recipient for the location. I guess maps don’t get the house right, the day before? No problem. It all worked out.

    Sometimes when prepping the next days deliveries we do verify addresses. With parts of the area being new they do not always pull up on maps correctly so we do call the recipient to make sure we have the correct address before we deliver them. I am glad that they received the flowers and chocolates on the day requested and we appreciate your continued business.

    The flowers are always beautiful, however the only drawback is the price. The flowers are very expensive. Perhaps some type of card that rewards return customers with a free (or discounted) arrangement after a certain amount of visits or after a certain total price has been achieved. For me I send flowers about 4-5 times a year so a free arrangement after 5 orders would allow me to give my wife some flowers "for no reason". This is just my observation. I keep coming back because the quality is there and the price isn't TOO high.

    Three of us wanted to give a friend in need of cheering up a bouquet in another state. I picked The Cottage at Queen Creek off the web because it had the same city as our friend. After us three placed our order the staff at The Cottage went ABOVE and BEYOND any customer service standards in getting our goods delivered, as our friend ended up being at the hopital with her ill husband and not available to receive her delivery. All three of us got calls and emails from The Cottage giving us updates and reports on delivery attempts. It took an additional day to get the delivery accomplished yet our friend received the MOST beautiful bouquets I've ever seen! (She sent us photos!) And she was SOOOO HAPPY!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this such a delightful experience when it could have been an awful one. You guys are the GREATEST!
