    FLOWERS WERE BEAUTIFUL/BUT I OERDERED A BALLOON WITH ARRANGEMENT DID NOT GET DELIVERED....HAVE TRIED FOR 4 DAYS TO TO GET A RESPONSE FROM FLORIST... NEVER RETURNED CALL...TO GET THE BALLOON CREDITED..A SMALL PRICE..BUT EXPECT FOLLOWUP...RHE

    Hello, I am so sorry, this is the first we have heard of this. We will credit you back the balloon today. I am so sorry, we never received a phone call and this is review is the 1st time we have been told about this. Please, how have you tried to contact us? Please call us at 480-945-3101.     We also have been in contact that shop. We have used them in the past with no problems. , since the review. We did in fact finally speak to someone today at the shop. They indicated they had their phones off for 3 days after Mothers day. We do not do that after Mothers day or any holiday just incase there are any problems. They are supposed to be contacting you for a follow up. I asked them to do that. But, we will never be using them again. If there is anything we can do, to make this situation any better, please call us. Jessica owner/designer 480-945-3101.

    I needed to purchase an arrangement for a customer that had just had surgery. I wanted something that was appropriate for a man to receive without having to resort to food. The flower cart delivered an arrangement to my customer in the hospital and he couldn't tell me enough how much he liked it and how great it would look at his home when he was released. Thank you Flower Cart, I will definately keep using your services.

    My mom was in the hospital and not being in state it was hard to be there for her. But, the girls at the flower cart were great and very informative inregards to the hospital and what would be ideal for my mom, to brighten up her room. My mom called me and told me how much it ment to her to get them and she loved them. Thank you for being there for my mom.. becca

    Yesterday, I sent in a negative on the Flower Cart in Scottsdale Az. Today I have a different attitude about the ladies at the flower Cart. I went over, to the store and brought the bouquet I had recieved on 8/4 and much of my anger was that for 97.00 I had recieved a poor example of what I thought it should have looked like. I had ordered from a company, flowers & balloons Inc. whom I thought was affiliated with them and found out that I had been charged a service fee of 35.00 over what the flower cart had been charged. I was never informed of this service fee, which was tacked on for their "trouble." none of my order instructions were even given to the flower cart and with that and the few wilted flowers in the arrangement, I was ready to fight. Let this be a huge apology to the flower cart - because when i went in today - The girls bent over backwards and had a beautiful flower arrangement for replacement for my Mother. To the editors of this website, if you can see to it that my letter from yesterday doesnt go into your ratings I would be very grateful. I jumped the gun, and now I will order direct from the florist. to pay 35.00 for someone to do what i could have is ridiculous. the other company whom I initially went thru will never get my business again. I will be doing my best to let all of my friends know as well.
