    We made an order online from Australia for a lovely bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates for delivery to our daughter in Alberquerque to celebrate her birthday. They were delivered on time with a card to a security apartment with no problems. She enjoyed fresh fruit for quite a while even sharing with friends and the flowers were fresh and lasted a good while. We would definitely this excellent service and products.

    The first boquet that was delivered was not as pictured. After calling tge florist and explaining the situation, she reacted quickly to make a replacement boquet and send a second flower set to my friend a week later. So she ended up receiving two bouquets! The second was as pretty as pictured. Great customer service! Next time I'll call them directly bc I believe she has your best interests at heart.
