    With only an hour before they closed i called in to have an arrangement made and sent for my daughter in laws birthday. Josie (sp) was wonderful! I had an idea of what i wanted but could not find it on the website. As we were talking she was listening paying attention and creating all at the same time! Sending me photos! The flower arrangement was beautiful and fresh smelled fantastic and got delivered before they closed! A+++ on all aspects from helpful to completion and delivery. Thank you.

    The website was easy to order flowers. However, the arrangement looked almost nothing like the photo and was a $70 bouquet. I called and was told they had to sub out flowers due to supply chain issues. I was not happy with it. The florist did offer to remake and redeliver the next day. I declined. The florist should have called and asked about subbing out flowers. I was disappointed, but the receiver was delighted.

    Hi, Monica. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the flowers that Delores received on Feb 11. The one thing is that the arrangement was for $60, not $75, plus we had some price increases on the cost of flowers because of Valentine's Day, which made making things as pictured much more difficult for us. I am going to send out a small bouquet to Delores either today or Saturday for her to enjoy with a note from us.

    The first day it was beautiful. Roses in full bloom. By the second day roses were drooping and 3rd day wilted. I removed the roses and the rest of the arrangement is very pretty.

    We love this little shop and tryto order all our flower gifts from them. We support local business and GreyFox has outstanding customer service. Even my friends from out of town have flowers delivered to me from them. Their bouquets last for around two weeks or more. Beautiful arrangements, fresh and creative if you ask. I love yellow roses and usually they are pretty quick to fade. These have opened beautifully and are as fresh as the day I received them.
