    I'm a customer for life! They went above and beyond trying to ensure that my mother-in-law received her flowers for mother's day. La Pine Florist not only gladly changed my first delivery date at the last minute, the owner actually took the initiative to retrieve the flowers after work hours so they were not ruined by bad weather. She went back out the next day to deliver the most gorgeous flower arrangement ever!

    Despite a debilitating snow storm La Pine Florist greeted me cheerfully and delivered the most beautiful arrangements for my stepdad's service. Fresh, bright yellow sunflowers graced the room in a snowstorm! The owner of the shop helped other friends pick arrangements that shared the color theme. The cross was simply beautiful! Top notch job on every aspect.

    Thank you again for your excellent service. My order was made on Sunday and ready for delivery by 2pm Monday for the memorial service for my sister. The young lady went out of her way to make it happen. Later she called again to let me know the arrangement done and at my request texted me a picture of the arrangement. The arrangement was more beautiful that the original order as posted. Stunning. The kind, caring understanding displayed by your staff accompanied by a personal compassionate touch in my time of grief and distress so greatly appreciated.

    I have no idea if the delivery was made on time for the service on Saturday. I received an email the following Monday that my flowers were delivered but it did not give a date and time of the delivery. That info would have been helpful.
