    We are sorry that the card message was not included in your order. Pick up orders are processed without a card which is a flaw in the website because it ask for a card massage. If not for the high volume of orders for Valentine's Day we normally would have caught this and hand written one for you. So sorry this was missed this on our end.     I ordered a fruit basket as a gift for WDH nurses on the webpage. It was beautiful! I would have preferred that there would not be a whole pineapple in it. And I had written a card online that didn't get done.

    I am so sorry that we did not attach the note you had written. Pick ups are handled a little different than deliveries and usually do not have a note. Clearly we need to figure out and I agree that a pineapple is not easy to share at the nurses station. We truly appreciate your order.

    The flowers were lovely, but they included mums, which in the special instructions note I'd asked not to use due to allergies. So there was a bit of disappointment on the part of the recipient - I think she thought I'd forgotten..
