    As usual I loved the floral arrangement and fun low, square container. I was also impressed and pleased that Carolyn added extra flowers because since I picked up the bouquet there was no delivery charge which had already been paid by the sender. Verrrry nice gesture!

    Flowers in both Arrangements were beautiful and full of flowers! Watering the large one with the candle was hard to water but did my best. They both have been lasting a long time!

    My daughter ordered this for me and she was disappointed when she saw my picture of what you delivered. It was not like the picture nor did it include blue and other colors she requested. Instead it was purple, neon green and pink with orange roses that looked wilted when they arrived. And they did wilt within 24 hours. I doubt if she will order again from you.

    So sorry that your daughter was disappointed. With a large volume of orders that went out for Mothers Day, we try to accommodate everyone's needs on what they want. Not all the time my supplier has on what we need. If there is a issue of flowers not holding up, please call us within 24 hours or the next working day and we are very happy to replace those flowers.     The arrangement was beautiful. My only issue is I was the recipient of this for a gift and you called me that morning which ruined the surprise of it. You should call the person who ordered to see if I'm home, not me.

    Please forgive my tardiness in replying. I emailed Teri TerBorch Perez to find out about the plant. She said it's gorgeous but huge, too big for their home, so she donated it from us to the church, which is absolutely fine with us. She said it was a ficus, though, not a philodendron.

    So sorry for your disappointment. With Azaleas, they only come in a 6" pot. We usually just put foil and bow on but since it was more money, I put it in a telefloral Heritage container which is a $22 container. And then added butterflies to bring it up to value. There are Azalea trees but not available this time of year.

    The flowers were ok, but not delivered until Mon. about 12:45. They were from my son who is in Wash. D.C. - He couldn't call me , but sent a text wishing me a Happy Mother's Day. I didn't thank him for the flowers because at that time I didn't know he had sent any. I then did on Mon., but wondering why I didn't get them until Mon. - I also got a delivery from Blossom Shop, but they put them in a little box by my back door. Thank you .     Everything turned out great. My mom loved the flowers, and they arrived at the time I specified. She sent me a picture, and they were as advertised. One thing that would have helped: I ordered online, and was unsure what the process would be if the person was not home when the flowers were delivered. I called the shop and spoke with a representative, but a quick note on the online order about that would have saved me the call. A very minor issue, but an easy thing to add that might save someone the time and worry.
