    Such a pleasant experience to work with them in providing flowers for a co-worker who lost her mother. The online process was easy to place the order and I appreciated the care they put into the flowers. She loved them. I thought they were absolutely beautiful.     I was very disappointed at the size of the flower arrangement I spent close to $100 And I could’ve bought the same flowers at Kroger’s or Publix for under $30

    Thank you for letting me know about your experience. I am very sorry the arrangement did not meet your expectations. Perhaps you intended to order the higher priced designer choice but the order we received and filled was for a $50 floral arrangement and 3 Mylar birthday balloons which cost $5 each. With tax and delivery you were charged $84.90.

    You did not have the plant I originally ordered and I only found out a few hours before delivery so I felt I had to accept a replacement because it was too late to go somewhere else. Next time please indicate which products are not in stock on your website.

    I am so sorry you were disappointed because we were unable to supply the peace lily you originally ordered. Occasionally I do underestimate the number of certain plants we will sale between delivers from my vendor. The verigated arbicola you received was an upgrade in value. If you would prefer the peace lily I am happy to bring one and exchange it for the arbicola.
