    I bought the flowers for my mom's birthday. She loved them! The flowers were vibrant and fresh, the vase was filled--almost over-filled. The arrangement lasted a long time and looked beautiful. I have no suggestions or criticism. The florist called me indicating there may be a slight variation in the look of the arrangement because she didn't have one specific flower. I was pleased to get the call and impressed that she took time to let me know about the issue. The arrangement still turned out wonderful.

    Thank you for reaching out to us with this question. I am sorry that the plants we get in do not come with instructions, however I called our plant provider and this is what they said. Leave the potted Hydrangea on your porch making sure the soil is always moist. Then, in the fall, before the first frost, bring the plant in and place it next to a south facing window. Again, making sure the soil is always moist. You can bring it back outside the following spring after the fear of frost is over. Call us at our shop 801-504-6236 if you have any other questions.

    Last minute search for a florist gave me great customer service, worked with me and all my concerns for my mother in laws bouquet. Delivery was done in the time frame I told them, and the flowers were beautiful, and my mother in law loved the feathers I asked the florist to incorporate into the bouquet.     I ordered a flower arrangement for my grandma who lost her sister. The day after I placed the order, I got a call saying they did not have the flowers in the color that was posted online. They said they would still make it beautiful. When my grandma sent me a picture, the first thing I thought was “that is a lot of green, where are all the flowers?” I was extremely disappointed. It sucks paying for one thing and getting and getting something in my opinion not beautiful at all.

    The florist attempted to deliver the flowers twice in spite of the distance involved.The recipient was not at home and was not contactable and the flowers were not able to be left because of significant snowfall so the florist arranged for the flowers to be picked up at a convenient time. The arrangement was beautiful and the customer service exemplary. I would definitely use 3C Floral again!

    Flowers were beautiful but, I was really dissapointed that they delivered them outside the requested time . Not quite the same thing to have flowers brought to you at work vs. having your coworkers tell you there is something for you in the closet of break room. Kind of kills the whole effect and affect.
