    Timp Valley Floral delivered an arrangement promptly; the delivered a sympathy arrangement to American Fork within 2 hours of me placing an order through their web site. I appreciate the quick service. I was disappointed in the size of the arrangement, though. We selected a $65 arrangement to be chosen/arranged by the florist. The arrangement delivered was quite small, and did not seem like a good value for the price paid.

    I am so sorry that you were not fully satisfied with your order. I just looked it up and you had selected a $55.00 arrangement. With delivery and tax it totaled $65.00. Sometimes when the designers choose flowers they do a mix of expensive flowers & inexpensive flowers. In the future, if you would like it as full as possible please specify that you would like less expensive flowers. Not to blame you at all! Just for future education so that you know what to ask for and be more pleased! Again, we are so sorry that you weren't 100% satisfied and we hope we can serve you in the future.

    Not the best arrangement I have received from you guys and seriously all the flowers were dropping by the next day. I ended up throwing them out by Friday afternoon. Kinda sad to not have them last longer when usually your arrangements are around for a week.

    Thank you for your kind reply. Unfortunately, unless you place an order a week or two early our suppliers have to "guess" on what flowers to order in from the growers. So we make things as close as possible, but we are subject to whatever is available since the flowers aren't grown in Utah due to the extreme weather here. But we appreciate your review and will always strive to improve our business where we can!

    I ordered this arrangement for my grandmother's funeral. They were lovely - I wish I would have gotten 2. There were some very nice arrangements at my grandmother's funeral,mine among them, but there were some not very nice ones, too. I was happy I ordered from Timp Valley Floral. I also appreciate how Timp Valley Floral knew better than I delivery protocols, delivered my arrangement the evening before the funeral and kept me informed every step of the way. I was very pleased.

    We have a 72 hour guarantee! We replace anything that goes bad. Just a tip as well. Make sure to always re-cut the ends of your flower stems AND change your water daily. If the stems don't get re-cut, they close up & stop drinking water

    The flowers were in great shape. It is a gorgeous arrangement. Two roses expired Monday and the white flower in the front center of the arrangement expired by Sunday evening. The rest of the flowers are still lovely. We have added water daily and are changing it every other day. Thank you.

Big, online businesses such as 1800flowers, FTD, or Teleflora charge extremely LARGE fee's and are very dishonest about bouquet prices/recipes. Which often times makes the florist look like they are being dishonest, when we are required to fill it to recipe. If at all possible, never use one of these big companies and I can guarantee that your floral experience will be much better!

This led us to believe the flowers were delivered on Monday & generated a call to them to inquire. Their location is ideal for us.

    The person who was receiving the flowers is a teenager who is being treated for a common hodgekins cancer that was just found a few weeks ago. She was expecting a home nurse to arrive, but the flowers were being delivered. Her father said she loved them and her mother was crying. I guess that's a good review!

    I am very disappointed. Apparently the funeral date was changed and moved to a day earlier. I chose your business b/c it was recommended by the funeral home and I would have expected that there would have been better communication regarding the delivery and date.
