    I needed a same day delivery to my sister who lives in TX (I live in Canada) and ordered through their website. Within minutes they called me to let me know that unfortunately they'd run out of one of the flowers in the bouquet I had ordered and made suggestions for alternatives. I then got a delivery notification within 2 hours of placing the order - amazing. Really great service, conscientious and courteous. And the flowers were beautiful to boot!

    Honestly, I was surprised at the SMALL size of the plant. At a total of $120. including delivery & tax, I expected the plant to be much larger. I was happy that the delivery was made in a timely fashion, but would have been happier to have a bigger plant for that cost.

    Thank you so much for your response, Marilyn. First and foremost, I apologize that the size of the Majestic Peace Lily you ordered at $89.99 was unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, the pandemic has created a shortage in plants and flowers. Because of this shortage, the current availability of Peace Lilies and most, if not all of the plants we (and most florists) receive from our wholesaler are a bit smaller than we are used to getting in. That being said, I assure you that the size of the plant that we sent out is the largest we currently have. We truly do appreciate your business.

    I placed an easy on line order but asked for some changes to be made. I was called the day of delivery to confirm the changes and explained that AM delivery was not possible ( delivery driver sick) but they would get it out as soon as possible.     I can’t say enough about Erinn’s Creations. I’ve ordered from them 2 times now and both times, when there was an issue with my order they called me and offered an alternative that was even better than my original order. When they didn’t deliver to an area I had placed an order for they called to let me know and they found a shop in the area that did and they handled all of the details.     I ordered a candy bouquet for my cousin's birthday. It was supposed to come with a decorative holder. My cousin sent me a photo and it was a balloon with several candy bars. No decorative item.     Although I ordered online, I first called and specifically asked if the stems would be cut short on the arrangement I ordered because I could not tell from the website’s photo. The person on the phone told me they would not. I asked three times to be certain. Well, the stems were cut. Luckily my wife still likes them. But this is why I prefer a florist shop over a phone/website service especially one that charges a “service” fee for online orders.

    Iva’s provided a beautiful sympathy spray of flowers for my grandson’s memorial service recently. The spray was outstanding and done on short notice over the Thanksgiving holidays. The entire arrangement exceeded my expectations. Iva’s also did the floral arrangements for my wife’s memorial service four years ago. Everything was done to the highest standards with beautiful results They have also provided smaller flower arrangements on numerous occasions for happier events with similar results.     Mom was receiving fake arrangements made by Iva's for her birthdays & holidays ordered by someone out of state. These arrangements were so beautiful we could not believe they were fake. To this date we still have most of these arrangements which some now are over 5 yrs old. In March 2017 we went to Iva's to order her funeral flowers and after we took them home they lasted at least 2 more weeks. Iva's is professional and the flowers are exceptional. And more importantly the prices are great. I recommend highly this florist. You will not be disappointed.

    I wanted to find a good florist, and my cousin highly reccomended Iva's, and you wont find better reviews online. I decided to call and see if they could help me create a nice arrangment with Sunflowers for my husband. I spoke with the kindest gentleman - Harold and told him why I was sending and that they created a "masculine" arrangement. They delivered the next day - WOW! They were PERFECT. Captured exactly what I wanted and it made a tough day better. Ask for Harold - he knows his stuff. Iva's is the best!
