    I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived in my office on Thursday morning and had this beautifully wrapped floral arrangement from my husband via Saville. The arrangement was adorable-red, white, and blue for this Flag Day birthday gal! I really appreciated the greens in the arrangement. Perfect!

    Saville Florist has exceeded my expectations for the second time! My daughter attends Northwestern, and on both occasions of using Saville, they created beautiful arrangements, delivered in a timely fashion, and even emailed me to say the flowers had been delivered. This second time, they even added two extra roses to bring the total number of roses to twenty since it was my daughter's 20th Birthday at no extra cost. I will definitely use Saville again!

    I had ordered flowers initially from another florist, but was informed later that my order was cancelled as they could not deliver the same-day (after specifically choosing a flower arrangement that was available for same-day delivery). I searched YELP and decided to go with Saville Flowers, Inc and am very glad I did. The entire online process was smooth and user-friendly. The best thing was the total price for the flowers and delivery was affordable and not tacked with unnecessary (and outrageous) miscellaneous charges (like most florists do). Thank you.

    Literally the least competent move I've ever seen from a florist. Someone called the RECIPIENT to ask about a substitution. Seriously!?! Way to spoil the surprise! The call was intercepted, but not before the recipient could see the number on CallerID. Shockingly amateur. Perhaps an innocent mistake, but possibly the only one you can't make as a florist.
