    The flowers were great quality but i chose a Sunday delivery date and was not advised this wasn't available. If you don't deliver Sundays, it should not be an option to chose a Sunday on the delivery calendar. Disappointing.

    It honestly was an awesome experience. My method of payment was not one that they are currently able to offer (visa debit) but they called me and worked with me to find a solution.     Did not provide any floral preservative. I have received flowers for the past 8 years on Valentine's Day & the preservative was always included. However, the flowers were beautiful!

    oUR APOLOGIES. HOWEVER ALL THE FLOWERS ARE TREATED UPON ARRIVAL with a preservative so I think you should be good. Cut your flowers and clean the vase with soap and water every 3 days and if in oasis give it new water every second day.

    I love the flowers, of course who wouldn't like to receive flowers, it's always a pleasant surprise for me, the only problem I have now the collection of glass vases, what do I do with them? I have quite a few now on top of my own ones and honestly it's too much. That's why my husband started to send me roses only saying it's the only ones that come without the vase, but I like flower arrangements in a bouquet.     When the unfortunate situation came up, we struggled with what would be appropriate as well as useful/helpful. Flowers are nice but really not practical in an ICU setting, a teddy bear is also nice but what do you do with it later? When we seen the Salty Snacks Basket we knew we had our choice. Thank you for offering such great options & getting it to our loved one who was in another province. They were so happy it just made us feel like we touched them, even from so far away.
