    This beautiful Fall basket of flowers and greens is the most wonderful I've ever seen! Everything is color coordinated, including the gossamer ribbon, and complimented by the evergreen-types and the beautiful ivy.     Purchasing was easy, but that's about all that was good about the purchase. I was called the day of (Saturday before Mother's Day) and told that they don't have that arrangement that I paid $90+ for (with delivery), but they would deliver an arrangement that would be "as beautiful as the one you purchased". It was pathetically small and not at all worth the amount of money that was paid. I would never purchase from this small business again. Out-of-staters: beware.

    So sorry that you were not happy with your Mother's day arrangement. We pride ourselves on both design and customer service. When you choose an arrangement from our website we always try to make it with the exact flowers it's showing. We called you to tell you we may have to substitute some of the flowers because of it being a holiday. We had such a high volume of orders to fill that certain flowers were no longer available. The dollar amount is the same though. Your arrangement was $70 plus delivery and tax. Hope you understand and give us another try.

    I have used BTF several times and have not been disappointed. Their arrangements are beautiful and last for a long time. Today we had a hiccup with the balloons I ordered being left off the arrangement, but a quick call to them had it corrected in a matter of minutes !!!     Kathy, I'm so sorry that the roses wilted.Sometimes they get air bubbles in their stems and won't hydrate. If you can bring the arrangement by here we will replace the roses, They shouldn't have done that. Or if you can tell me the type of roses and how many wilted, I can send some fresh ones to you.     Magnificent fall flower arrangement with variations of some standard flowers. The arching green flower (?) which looks like pom poms on a vine is most striking in the arrangement and one I have not even seen in Raleigh! Kudos to the designer as well as the friendly, helpful delivery gentlemen. My numerous candles were paled by your arrangement (goodies basket is waiting for the family Thanksgiving!)

    Brunswick Town Florist created the centerpieces for the tables at my son's rehearsal dinner. They were absolutely beautiful. The arrangements were so creative and truly unique.     Your arrangements are always so well out together. However, this time, the arrangement delivered to my girlfriend was not exactly what I ordered. It is WAY less than the flowers pictured. When I return from overseas, I will visit the shop an show what was ordered against the picture of the flowers delivered. I am a multiple time returning customer and am starting to feel like I am being ripped off. The price I paid is way too much for the lackadaisical arrangement delivered. Maybe it is just a one-time thing, as I have always had very, very nice arrangements delivered in the past.

    Michael, Sorry that no one has answered your request prior to this. The $4.99 fee is a credit card and processing cost charged by Flower Shop Network who maintains our online ordering site. It goes directly to them. You can avoid that charge in future by calling us directly - 910-457-1144 - and speaking with a designer. Probably almost as quick. Glad you like the flowers.

    Beautiful flowers. Great notification to go and pick them up. I think a $35 delivery charge was kind of high unless someone had to ride over with them. Maybe that is set by Bald Head. Anyway, very lovely flowers.
