    This plant arrangement was for my father, Robert Jackman. The only thing I wish is that you had an even bigger plant arrangement available to be ordered. But other than that it looked great. I hope the container has drain holes, but I don't know.

    Thank you, Lisa. I'll keep in mind your comment regarding a larger arrangement next time I order. Also, the container has a ceramic clay-type bottom that should absorb excess water. Most people find that putting it on the sink and giving it an all around spraying when the top soil feels dry works well. Thank you taking the time to leave a review!

    The first liner was leaking water. I called and they acted like they thought it was strange I would complain. They never offered to replace the container so my husband took the arrangement there and the florist replaced the liner in the container. The "filler" flowers died after about 12 hours. Very disappointed for what I know was an expensive arrangement.

    I called from TN to order flowers for a funeral service in Tulsa. I chose this florist based on the reviews. The lady who answered the phone stated that she was going to put the phone down. I heard her conversing with someone else and thought she would get back to me when the conversation ended. I was wrong. I waited over 5 minutes and hung up. I called back and a man answered. He said he was the delivery driver and the owner wasn't there and they were shorthanded. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I did not feel comfortable placing my order with the delivery driver.

    I've bought from them a good handful of times. The assembly is always well set in the vase and generally the flowers look fresh. Now this last time I bought a Casanova (consist of orangish roses) and they looked almost dead already, it had a brown hue and didn't seem as alive or fresh as usual. Needless to say these died very quickly, they were also very close to being late on delivery. Now like I said I like they're flowers, when you're shelling out $100 though for a dozen roses, I'd like them to be the best roses I've ever seen.

They didn't look very good from the start and by three days, all three were dead and shriveled up. Since I paid over $100, I expected the arrangement to last longer than three days. The funeral home chose them to be on the table with the sign-in book because they thought they looked lovely there. Also, Jake Jones (family member) selected which flowers were sent to the cemetery and which were to be given to family members. So, he selected your arrangement to be taken home by a family member.     Hmmm.... don't know why this would be happening. Fresh flowers drink water at different rates, depending on the room temperature and how well hydrated they were to start. Also, some flowers are more long-lasting than others. For example, the Gerber Daisies will wilt before the Carnations. I'd be happy to send out a replacement if you feel they didn't last as long as they should. Just give us a call at 918-254-1819.

    I was pleased with the flowers and the friendly, "down-to-earth" hospitality. My only suggestion is to have the option on your website of de-selecting the delivery charge. Currently, there is no such option, but for people who wish to come and pick up an arrangement, it would be more convenient to indicate that on the order form. In my case, I simply had to ask for a refund of the delivery charge which was automatically included on my order.

    So sorry to hear you were disappointed with the flowers as compared to the price paid. Although the arrangement included a almost 2 dozen roses and other flowers, the compact design probably made it appear less. Not the most impressive way to send that many roses.     The arrangement was unusual and stunning. The blooms in the arrangement began dying the 2nd day. I think the foam base may have been too large for the vase and therefore did not retain the water as well as needed. I have removed the wilteds and am still enjoying.

    The best flowers in over a year of ordering. I've been ordering flowers for my friend who is undergoing cancer treatment for over a year now (every 3 weeks). Tried 2 other florists in the area before I found Wild Orchid. Will not order from anyone else in the future. My friend said these were the most beautiful flowers she's gotten from me.     You all have always done a great job for me. On this order, you really went the extra mile trying to find a wee boy's elephant for the plant. I really appreciate everything you do. I only ever have one negative when I order flowers on line from any website and that is that I never know if they were delivered. I think it probably speaks to this day and age where young people just really do not know they should call you when they have received fresh flowers.........(not so much in this case as it was a funeral and I'm sure they are in the midst of sending thank yous) but really in general. I wish the various websites would automatically tell you the flowers were delivered.
