    My mom loved the flowers and it was easy to buy and schedule online. The only thing I would suggest to improve is having better descriptions on the differences between flower tiers such as basic, deluxe etc.

    The roses that I ordered were almost as beautiful as my mother. They were so fresh and vibrant. She loved them. The arrangement was perfected and created an amazing presence.     Thank you Jerri for your review. We prepare all of our fresh cut floral arrangements with sufficient flower food to last for the duration of the flower life. You can just add water to the floral foam at the base of the arrangement.

    I had a great experience with Brenham Floral Company. I had ordered flowers for my mother's birthday through the website. I quickly received a call informing me that that particular arrangement wasn't available, but that another arrangement could be put together for the same dollar value.     My floral arrangements of 12 dozen roses were beautiful and have lasted. However, my sweet fiance ordered them for my birthday along with a balloon but the balloon was not included with the arrangement. I hate this happened but want you all to know because although it is a small additional fee, we were both a bit disappointed that what he ordered was not 100% accurate to what arrived.

    The arrangement was gorgeous and very well put together. Instructions were pretty clear on how to take care of it, but really need a good way to add water, maybe a inserted straw of something could help. But it is wonderful and has lasted so far three days and still looks great!

I ordered a different bunch of flowers with daisies and was very disappointed that there were no daisies in stock after I had placed my online order.     Recently placed an order of great emotional importance to myself and family. I spoke with Destry who had a most comforting voice and unending patience! She even followed along with me while I viewed many of the lovely floral images on their website and asked for special additions or slight changes to more personalize my order, even measuring down to the final leaf tip as I asked for arrangement sizes etc. She was as professional as she was compassionate during a time when I greatly appreciated both! I did not get to see the plant/finished arrangement myself but a family member called to say that it was absolutely lovely and that she had taken it home with her!(which meant a great deal to me !) I can say with absolute confidence that it WAS (simply because of the way Destry seemed to genuinely care !) I had called several other florists and did NOT have the same experience ! I am rating Brenham Floral Company as a 5 simply because it is the highest available option (I wish there was and "Extra Points" button ! :) The service I received, and the product I was given was like taking a walk back in time when the world actually cared a little more !
