I spotted this plant in the ‘Postman’s Park’ near St. Pauls Cathedral. I find it’s unusual dual style of flowers very attractive and would like to acquire a sample for my own garden. I was wondering if anyone could kindly identify it for me?

I have a clematis that is 2 or 3 years old, it bloomed beautifully this past month. Now that it is done, do I cut off the spent bloom and will it re-bloom again?

Please help me…I have a lovely Climbing Hydrangea…planted approximately 6 weeks ago…in past 1.5 weeks I noticed begininng of “rust spots” first only at base of plant..now they are progressing up the entire plant but only on the side that receives most sun..The sun is early morning…By noon sun is less and plant receives more shade. I keep it watered…Are the rust-colored spots evidence of sun damage, too little vs. too much water…??? I cannot contact Lowe’s as cannot get past registration although have completed all information. Although I have been a florist for years alot my florist friends hydrate hydrangea’s
different ways. One way is to soak the heads in water when they come in from the wholesaler to just cutting the stems but keeping them in glass instead of buckets in the cooler. Help please! There are many other ways i have heard of!

I have a plant that has recently bloomed. My friend gave me a couple, and told me that the flower was red. She did not know what it was. Mine has bloomed and it is purple and white. If someone could email me I could send them the pictures. It has narrow leaf blades and flowers like a Siberian Iris, but the flower only lasts for 24 hours. It has only 3 petals down and 3 up, that curl under. It has a very delicate scent, and seems tropical in its character. Can anyone help me out? MB Williams
