 Promote Early Detection

The National Breast Cancer Foundation states that the best way to fight breast cancer is to have a plan that helps detect the disease in its early stages. Download the Early Detection Plan app on your phone to receive reminders to do breast self-exams, and schedule your clinical breast exams and mammograms based on your age and health history. Promote the app to your friends, coworkers, family members, and on social media. Explain to your loved ones the importance of early detection and how they can fight against breast cancer.
