    The flowers were beautiful, the delivery was a bit chaotic. The one note I think you should consider advising customers on same day delivery is that it won't necessarily be there by 5 PM. Had I known that, I would have requested next day delivery and avoided the chaos that ensued with my delivery.

    Flowers arrived on time and overall was very please with the presentation. However, I was a little disappointed with two things; first, some of the roses were broken (two or three max) when the flowers were delivered, and the second issue, a balloon was ordered together with the flowers and it was never delivered. I understand that those type of things can happen to anyone, but it would it be nice to receive an email explaining why it happened and offering a credit for the cost of the product purchased but not delivered.
