    The colors and choice of flowers were exceptional. I just loved it. I did not receive any preservative, however.

    Patricia - all of our arrangements are made with water and preservative premixed at the time of design. You only need to add fresh water to the vase/basket when needed, as the flowers will have already taken up the preservative mix. We generally only deliver powder preservative with wrapped bouquets and boxed roses.

    I am rating you 5 stars as the arrangement is fantastically beautiful! Such a lovely mix of flowers; my only disappointment is that the 3 little yellow roses were drooping the next morning. I added fresh cold water that morning, but it was too late.

    We suspect the spray rose stem may have been pinched during wholesaler packing, preventing the stem from taking up nutrients and explain drooping the day after delivery. Thank you for accepting the wrapped bunch of yellow roses we delivered as an apology for our spray roses poor performance in your arrangment.

    THE BEST EVER!!!! My wife loved the flowers! -I placed an order thru a third party (which was dumb) i wanted the flowers to my wifes job by 2pm i got off the phone with the florist at 1:23pm which by that time the flowers where not delivered and by 1:46 they where at her desk!
