WOW!!!! I'm still in shock by how amazing the people at Ratcliff's are! They went above and beyond to make my little boy's 6th birthday special. His Mimi called from out of state to have balloons and cookies delivered. Within an hour and a half they came up with an amazing arrangement and when we weren't home to get it, they came to the RESTAURANT and delivered it!!!!! Such awesome people that do high quality work. Highly recommend!

I love all of Ratcliff's work! They are truly the best in what they do!! I wish I could afford to send flowers to someone EVERY DAY of the week because I love to see what they are going to come up with next!! excellent...and if I could rate it a 10-I WOULD! GOD BLESS
