    The flowers I received were very beautiful and taken care of when I picked them up. I made a mistake when ordering the dozen roses, and I received a call to help rectify the issue before it was even time for me to come pick up the order. Flowers were in great condition and the women at the desk gave me the option to keep the flowers in the vase, or wrap them for easier giving—I kept them in the vase—and they provided a carrier so that they did not spill out on my drive home. 5 Stars — 10/10 — Best experience I’ve ever had with a Valentine’s Day order!
