    I live in NC and use Breitingers's to order flowers for a family member and she raves about how beautiful they are. The service is wonderful. My local flower shop suggested that I do this rather than pay there extra charge for sending flowers, so glad they suggested that I do this.

    Sir, Respectfully, we try our very best to please our customers. Our website displays the Disclaimer that if a certain flower is not available, we use an equally beautiful flower. With such a perishable product, and unknown demands for colors, it does happen that we do not have every single flower in every single color every day. It's been 2 months, so we can't recollect the exact color of rose we used, yet we strive to get as close to the color in the photo. I'm glad your wife was pleased with her flowers, and sorry you felt our choice deserved only a 2-star.

Although I could not find what the difference between the regular and deluxe arrangements were, I decided to put my trust in you to do right.     Using your website was easy. I wanted to add flowers to a lantern display but I was not able to do so on the website. When I called your shop though, the girl that answered was able to help me. She found my order quickly. She explained my options. She processed my request quickly and efficiently. When the display was viewed by attendants at the funeral home(I was not able to be there) several people reached out to me just to tell me how gorgeous the presentation was. I loved how easy my whole experience was and how the end result was above my expectations.

    I came in your store back when my father passed away with my 3 daughters who were young then. The ladies took my girls had them pick flowers make their own arraignments for pap.     The arrangement was beautiful! I was a bit upset though..... the recipient was not home so the driver had to deliver the flowers to us to deliver..... I had ordered a balloon with the arrangement..... there was no balloon! If the driver had not brought them here I would not have know that the balloon didn't arrive! The driver was nice enough to run to the shop (even though we are minutes from the shop) he brought us a balloon!

    I'm the Human responsible for the "Human Error!" I'm the owner, but made the mistake that I tell my Staff to be careful of! I found the balloon on my design table just as the Driver called to tell me it was missing! And I apologize sincerely again, just as the Sales Clerk Debra apologized when you called us that day. Please know we try our very best to never. make. mistakes. I have updated our practice to inflate the balloon 1st, THEN design the flowers so it won't be left behind.     Flowers were ordered for a very dear friend of mine for her birthday. This birthday was a sad one for her due to losing her daughter a few weeks prior.     I was really disappointed in the arrangement that was delivered which was quite different from the one I ordered online. At a price of nearly $100, my expectation is I am getting what I chose (and not that many of the flowers would not be in stock and thus substituted). I was happy with the service I received when I called to discuss this issue. The woman I spoke this was helpful in reduced by the price.

    I do work until 5 PM daily. I was very disappointed when I stopped by your store on my way home from work around 5:30 PM and found the store was closed. The hours of the store was not posted on the door or anywhere I could see them. I prefer to order plants and flowers at the store and not on line. If I could have waited a day, I would have stopped at Lea's on my way home. I will most likely do that for future purchasea. The Dr. said the plant was very nice.

    The ordering process was easy and fast, but I thought in providing the required phone number of the receipient that a call would be made so someone would be home upon delivery. I didn't expect or want the family to have to come to the store for pick up. They had enough going on with family arrangments to have to do that.     Ordered this for my friend on the first anniversary of her husband's passing. She loved it! She was so impressed with the amount and quality of the chocolate. Would have given 5 stars, but the price was a bit high. Always satisfied with Breitinger's product quality.

The photo of this product simply shows candy bars, but we include Gourmet Chocolates from Blaine Boring Chocolatier as well, for the price listed. We're glad for your input; we will try to photograph "our Chocolate Basket" so you can see why it's worth the cost! A tip I can offer: put in the "Additional Comments" section to add the Dorothy's Candies Assorted Chocolates box INTO the basket, rather than adding it on top of the cost. Hope this is helpful!

    Everything was great except, the arrangement was Butterfly garden and there was no Butterfly in the garden. I ordered those flowers for that purpose, as butterflies are the reminder of my wife's mother who passed 2 years ago.
