    The flowers looked nice and were ready on time. However, they were missing several of the flowers shown online. I think this is a problem with the website rather than the florist because the picture and description didn’t change when upgrading from the deluxe.

The staff were flexible about delivery and added special items because a) no balloons were available, and b) the recipient preferred to pick up their gift basket. That was awesome.
