    I ordered a basket of flowers to be delivered the following week and they accidently delivered it the next day. When I called to explain what had happened, they said they would deliver another basket the day I wanted it. INCREDIBLE customer service! I told everyone I knew what they were going to do and they couldn't believe it. She couldn't have been nicer or more concerned for what had happened when I called. It just floored me that they would go out of their way to make it right.

    I would like to thank you for the prompt service you gave me when ordering a funeral spray...I ordered it at 9 a.m. and it was already at the funeral home before that days visitation.... Comments from the family was that the arrangement was beautiful....It is hard to know which florists to use when you live in another country but I find I am more sucessful ordering directly from a local florist... thanking you again....Sandy
