I am unable to delete my previous review but I would like to change it. My wife reached out to Margaret's and the owners explained that there was a miscommunication with Bloomex.ca. The issue I have is with Blommex.ca. Margaret's was very understanding and helpful. It is nice to know you are working with a company that cares about it's customer's.

I called in to place a order for my granddaughter's 7th bday. As I couldn't go in myself to pick things out, the lady who answered phone took her time to look for a teddy for me. She described each one out, prices and even measured them out. I placed the order and today I received a picture of the the teddy, box of chocolate and balloon before was sent out. My daughter in law text me to tell me the delivery guy was very nice. I would totally recommend this service to anyone, they honestly went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I needed.
