    I placed a last minute order and of course, I wasn't expecting it to arrive until the next day. A lady called within hours as the plant I requested wasn't available. She was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. The substitutions were worth more than my original order I'm sure. It was delivered in the evening and the recipient said the delivery person was lovely, and even apologized for being late (which was my fault). Such fantastic service!! I will absolutely buy from this shop again :)

    I ordered a bouquet for a friend’s birthday, which fell on a Sunday. The website allowed me to pick that day as a delivery date but a lady later called me to advise they did not deliver Sundays. I explained how important it was to me that they be delivered the day of my friends birthday, and Beachview accommodated me and had someone go in to fill the order. It was wonderful customer service. I will definitely avail of their services again. The arrangement was beautiful.

After getting a special arrangement for my birthday, I was disappointed to discover (the next day) that all of the hydrangeas had gone totally limp and lifeless. I send a little message to Lucille and when they received their next delivery of fresh flowers, I received a new arrangement, no charge, which is just as lovely as the first. Nearly a week later and it it still as fresh as ever. Now how can that be beat !
