    I want to thank Sands Florist for their wonderful customer service and coming through for my family on very short notice. We live out of state and another floral service canceled a funeral arrangement for my aunt's funeral in Jackson, Tn. only 2 hours before the family visitation.     I can't even begin to express how wonderful these people are. While accepting the loss of a loved one and having to pick out flowers for the funeral, they could not have made our experience any better. I do not know the name of the male florist, but he took my 10-year-old nephew in the back to let him pick out the flowers for his dad's funeral. They will never know how much this helped all of us. Even on the day of the funeral, those beautiful flowers gave that child something to focus on, because he picked them. Thank you to everyone there.

After ordering, I received a phone call telling me that she couldn't send the exact arrangement due to shortages caused by Covid, but she assured me that she would send an arrangement of equal value.
