    Flowers were decent, they were delivered a day late and missed Valentine's day. I get it, busy day..but if you can't hit the requested delivery date give a customer a heads up.

    Sorry to hear your were not pleased in the delivery of your flowers. If the flowers were delivered till the next day then most likely the recipient was not home or didn't hear the door bell/knock. With thousand orders going out Feb 14th which was a monday and a working day for most and was always a risk of no one home.

    Absolutely superb service- dropped off flowers I had ordered and notified me that my friend was in hospital. So they picked flowers back up and re-delivered them the following week at no extra charge. Have never experienced customer service this good before. Will definitely always order from them.     Very disappointed one day notification on substitution. Substitution way below par, what received not even close to advertised picture. Was looking forward to how nice plants looked in ad. Over all very disappointed would not recommend to others.

Sometimes we don't always have the items/containers but we always go with the value what customers spend. The item you choose was priced according to your amount you wanted to spend. The planter on our website runs higher value if you wanted exactly same size.

    I live in Ontario and my niece lives in Edmonton. I wanted to order some plants for her in memory of her gramma (my mom). I found Pollie's Flowers online and placed my order. Some of the plants I ordered online were no longer available so after a conversation over the phone and some pics by text, a decision was made as to what to purchase instead. The service, delivery and quality of product were beyond my expectations and my niece is thrilled with her plants!!!! I would highly recommend Pollie's Flowers!!

    I ordered yesterday to get flowers delivered to my Significant others place of work. The flowers were beautiful! And we're delivered same day in a timely manner. She works down town in a busy building with limited parking but the flowers were delivered. 10/10 would recommend!

    Within less than 1h from the cutoff time for same day delivery, they managed to make a gorgeous custom arrangement of roses shaped as a topiary with other roses at the base of it (identical to the picture on the ordering website). And they still managed to deliver on time. Also, the designer took the time to text me a picture of it prior to having it shipped and made a small correction to make it exactly like the website. I was very impressed with the service. Thank you very much. I will use your services again in the future

    My friend said the flowers were beautiful. Your website makes ordering easy. I liked that the costs (including delivery) were specified as well. I suggest that you put some terms around "same day delivery" because that's not the case if you order late in the day. Our flowers could NOT be delivered that day because the delivery guy was coming right away. Pollie's called me right away to make arrangements for the next day, which worked out fine, but the website should not say same day delivery if that's not true. I suggest: "Same day delivery if you order by 2 p.m." (for example)
