    I was very disappointed with the arrangement my mother received. This is the first time since I’ve been sending flowers to her that I was able to be there when she received them, as we live 300 miles apart. I had 3 Designer’s Choice arrangements sent from 3 different florists and hers was the most disappointing. The flowers were all the same color. I was hoping she would not see the arrangements that were sent to my stepmother and my mother-in-law because she really would have been more disappointed. She didn’t even post her arrangement on FB like she always does.

    I believe the ladies name was Robin. She was so sweet. While I ordered Orchids for my mother-in-laws birthday, they were out because of Valentines. She helped me choose another option even when I could only describe the plant. They delivered ahead of the ice storm so she was able to enjoy it. My mother in law absolutely adores that plant and said she even likes it better than orchids. Thanks, Andrea Rice My husband has been coming there for years. He is always able to get my favorite roses there.

    brotherbob Azle, TX #1 Sep 6, 2010 these guys are excellent, owner is certified texas master florist, now u kno that took time and money for that accomplishment, which i believe is the reason i have never been disappointed with anything i have purchased from them in the 7 yrs i have traded there. service is superior, prices are slightly upper end compared to "voted best florist". traded with a florist on camp bowie west as well, but was continually disappointed with service and flowers, even though they were definately reasonably priced. would rather spend the extra money even in these tough economic times and get an excellent end result without the worries.
