    The flower arrangement I received was beautiful. The roses have a strong smell to them and are still just as beautiful today as they were when I got them last week. The lady delivering the flowers made sure that they weren't left outside in the heat and she was also kind and cheerful. Will definitely recommend this company!

    Last minute I ordered an arrangement following an ice storm. I know they could not get flowers delivered to them and had to use what they had. Within 24 hrs we picked up the arrangement and it was beautiful. My husband has walked in twice before and they put together an arrangement for him while he waited. They are amazing!!     Used Roanoke Florist for the first time since FTD apparently discontinued their Gold program. Ordered on-line with no issues. However, they delivered the flowers a week early. I called and they apologized for their mistake and with not even an argument they said they would delivery more flowers on the correct date. This is how business should be done, and they will now be my go to florist for local deliveries!

    I'm currently living in Seattle, so I was a bit nervous to send flowers to my mom in TX without being able to see them. But, they were extremely patient with me and texted me a picture of the arrangement and let me be nitpicky about choosing the details of what kind of flair was added to the flowers.     I sent a dozen red roses and a goodie basket with a mylar balloon to my daughter to congratulate her for passing the Bar Exam. My daughter said that the flowers were beautiful and the treats were "super yummy!" The florist let me know by email when the delivery arrived. My daughter said that the delivery person took the time to make sure she received the items and didn't just leave them at the front desk of her office. I appreciate that.     Flowers arrived as scheduled, by very courtious delivery person, All arrangements ordered were very high quality and well arranged. The only thing that was noticeable on each arrangement that there was atleast a few flowers in each that did not appear to be totally fresh, and did die off within a few days.
