    I mean not to complain as my order was on short notice however the photo of the flowers I ordered looked nothing like the flowers the recipient received. I was disappointed what was sent in relation to what I paid. Ie: paid for roses, chrysanthemums were received.

    We are sorry you were disappointed with how your order was filled. Unfortunately our network website contains arrangements that contain items that we do not always have on hand. When this occurs we try to maintain the style and colour as much as possible and to the value ordered (ie spider mums for roses). We apologize that we did not contact you to discuss the need for substitution.

    Amazing! I was blown away by the service Campbell's offered. They delivered flowers to my Granni in Shoal Lake and made sure she got them directly despite the fact she lives in a complex. I also ordered the night before and the fact they could accommodate my last minute order was fantastic. Not to mention, the flowers were a huge hit and beautifully arranged. Thank you Campbell's!     This Rating of Campbell Flowers does not appear to work on Android based operating systems - Samsung Smartphone and Samsung Galaxy Note. Otherwise service was punctual and I was kept informed of ordering and delivery. Very easy to order at a distance.
