    Online ordering was easy and when I called the next day to check on the estimated delivery time they provided wonderful customer service. The flower arrangement was beautiful, my only complaint is that the sympathy card had a handful of misspellings. Would be better to just print out what I had typed rather than copying it down.

    I would have liked a picture of the plant sent to me. I was disappointed that the plant was delivery two days later then I had requested. I'm still not sure if my co-worker got her plant. It said it was delivered but I'm not sure she was still in the hospital two days later.
