    I ordered a bouquet for my 20th anniversary that unfortunately my wife will be out of town for work. I called and spoke with Joseph and explained my budget, the occasion and what I would like. Ordered in the morning and selfless than 4 hours later. Wife blown away. Next morning some hydrangeas wilted. I called Joseph explained the situation. He said no problem. We will deliver this afternoon. True to his word, he went above and beyond. The bouquet was exchanged and not only was it even more beautiful, it was larger than the first. I was already a customer. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks
