    My wife loved the flowers. I was particularly impressed when after being notified we did not receive the balloon I ordered, that you all delivered the balloon, plus a second balloon, and some candy. That to me indicates a focus on customer service and a desire for repeat business. I appreciate good customer service, and therefore when ordering flowers for my wife in the future will very likely visit Karen's house of flowers and Custom Creations again.

    Karen, owner is fantastic! Needed something very special for 4 yr old granddaughter who broke her leg. She suggested a rainbow colored lamb with balloons and candy. The Saturday delivery was not possible, so Karen delivered herself on Sunday morning! Granddaughter loved the lamb and will not be without it. It's super soft, too. I am very pleased. Great customer service-I will use them again!!

    Karens House of Flowers is the only florist for me. The ladies there are always very helpful and incredibly friendly. They make the most beautiful arrangements for me everytime I order. I recently needed an arrangement for a friends funeral, but as usual I waited to the last minute to place the order. Karens didnt bat an eye.
