    The flowers were very nice and have lasted a long time. They were ready as scheduled. I am annoyed though about a "service charge" added to the quoted price and tax. Be upfront about pricing. What was the "service" beyond the flowers' cost? I picked them up at the store so I received no extra services.

    There are not very many stores where you walk in and feel welcomed. Employees take crap from patrons all day and it shows sometimes. This store is different.     Stopped in to inquire about availability of sunflowers and was assured I could receive them the next day. I brought a vase and when I returned to pick up flowers was absolutely delighted with the lovely arrangement. Nicole is a talented young woman and the service I received exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this florist!!
