    my mom says the flowers were beautiful and fresh. Lasted a long time. My only complaint and the reason for the 3 rating is that I paid for a stuffed animal and talking with my mom today, she said it was not delivered.

    Delivery was good. the potted plant didn't have a name or instructions as to how to attend to it. Plant is very pretty and arrived on a timely schedule. Please give me the name of the plant and how to care for it.

    It is a kalanchoe. Select an area with plenty of sunlight and light, sandy soil. Use cactus mix to amend the soil if it's too heavy. ... Water kalanchoe when the soil feels dry, but avoid wetting the leaves. ... Trim off any dead or wilting flowers at their stems. ... Fertilize kalanchoe during periods of new growth.

    I called after my order the call was handled professionally. I love the delivery confirmation email. My only issue was the flowers were delivered on the day of service I wish it could have been delivered a day or two earlier since I was told my original delivery date was to early.     We had a dear Aunt pass away Thanksgiving week and the funeral was the day after Thanksgiving. I had to order flowers in a rush AND during a holiday week. I received a call from the flower shop to let me know, because of he holiday, they may not be able to fill my order exactly as I had asked and I understood completely. When we arrived from out of town for the funeral I took one look at the arrangement and it was absolutely beautiful and perfect! It was exactly what I had requested plus more!!!
