    I had left a negative rating because a glitch in their on line order service provider had a missing prompt to finalize my order. There is no 800 number and my long distance call went straight to hold. Seeing my rating they called to learn my problem and eager to fix it. The on line order form is provided by a third party so I’m not sure what they can do about that. I have changed my opinion of the firm.

    The only problem I had was with the pick-up. I was advised I had to pick up the flowers on Saturday. I forgot until about 3 p.m. I went on the website and it said the store was closed at 2 p.m. on Saturday. I was too late. I went to Mrs. Flowers to pick up the flowers on Monday and they said they were open until 5 p.m. Miscommunication on the website.

    I bought premium w/a balloon. Most of the flowers looked lovely but one type looked freezer burnt, or already wilting and the Congratulations balloon was deflating shortly after I picked up the arrangement. I went back to the store and was very happy w/the service I got to bring the arrangement up to snuff by changing out the wilted looking flowers, and supplying a new balloon (altho the only balloon available was a Good Luck one) I have been impressed w/this shop's flowers in the past so assuming it was just an off day that got corrected and the recipient was thrilled w/them

    I was very impressed with the service, my order was from out of province and they did not have some of the flowers as per picture for my delivery date, rather than changing the order and delivering knowing I will never see the arrangement, they called to confirm my satisfaction with replacements and then on the day of delivery they call d me again as the phone number I had listed with my order was not answering, they asked for a cell number rather than just delivering. Great service, I will work with Princess again when the need arises in Prince George. Thank you for a great online experience.
