    I LIVE OUT OF TOWN AND ORDERED ONLINE. IT WAS EASY TO DO AND THE BOUQUET WAS BEAUTIFUL AS PER THE PIC I RECEIVED FROM MY SISTER. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT I ORDERED A BALLOON TO GO WITH HER BIRTHDAY FLOWER ARRANGEMENT/BDAY CARD AND THE BALLOON DIDN'T SAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY.     Very nice arrangement and great customer service - they even called me because they could not get a hold of the recipient. The only negative was the website stated a square vase (which is why we chose that arrangement) and it did not come in the square vase.
