    Ordered a plant online. I was called within 20 minutes of receiving my order and was told that the florist didn't have the plant that I requested. She then told me the plants that they had and described each one. The person who received plant said that is was beautiful. Will order again.

    I received a GORGEOUS bouquet of stargazer lilies for my birthday a few days ago. They still smell wonderful and will probably last over a week! My only quip is that the florist called me to tell me that they were delivering flowers, which spoiled the surprise. While I'm glad that they check to see if someone will be available to accept the delivery, perhaps next time they can just omit the part about the flowers (for example, say that it's for a birthday package instead). Overall, I'm very satisfied with the arrangement and service.

    This was a last minute order from out of state. I was not notified of the order until the morning of the funeral. It was such a relief to be able to find a florist in the same zip code where the funeral was to be held.     My son uses your services since he is Iraq and unable to hand pick out items.The flowers have been beautiful and arranged with obvious care. The gift baskets are very nice. Let me just say my boyfriend has been useing pro-flowers and on his last 2 orders they have been dissapointing. They did replace both...however lack of detail or care is just not replaceable when trying to brighten someones day or share in a special day. They still messed up on the last order & we just did not mention it due to the moment was already lost for my mom. We will be useing your service from now on.

    The flower arrangement was beautiful!!!! I used your online ordering website and was disappointed in the OKC Florist that was used because I placed the order on Monday and asked for the arrangement to be delivered on Thursday (before Mother's Day). The arrangement didn't arrive on the scheduled date nor was I contacted that the florist in OKC wasn't goint to be able to meet the date but would deliver the next day. I had to call to find out what was going on. I understand about Mother's Day but my niece from New Orleans had ordered flowers, too and they arrived on time (Thursday). I'll try using the online ordering again but if delivery can't be made on the specified date - I'll have to use someone else.

    My mother uses you all of the time when she orders flowers so I knew she would love them for herself on her own Birthday.
