    Online Order process was quick and efficient. An email was received confirming and delivery could happen same day! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. The flowers used were unique and arranged well. "They almost look like heirloom old fashioned flowers like a bouquet your mom would put together! The girl who delivered was so nice too" (Quote from the one who received). My mother loved gardens and flowers. There were always vases and arrangements around the house. This was high praise. Thank you for helping to brighten up my sister-in-law's day.

    Scarlett, I'm sorry you did not like your arrangement. The arrangement was made with the correct flowers. It is picture with all lavender flowers, Lavender and purple carnations, lavender daisy, lavender asters. I did not have lavender spider mums so we added the green ones which complement the lavender color. We even added lavender stock and lavenders roses. Also you order the arrangement at a lower price then shown.

    Disappointed. Flower arrangement was one-sided only. For what I paid, I would have expected flowers all the way around, like every other arrangement I've ever seen. There was nothing in their website description stating this. When I called about my concern, I was just given an excuse that they have no say over what is written in the description on their own website. Really? Will not be using this florist again.

    The arrangement was beautiful. Giving a two because when they were delivered, 3 of the solid pink lilies had at least 2 pedals on each that were missing. The morning glories had one huge open flower which was perfectly fine but the others died within a day and never opened. Water was kept full but they still died within 2 days. Very disappointing as these were 5 year anniversary flowers.

    The plant was beautiful, but there is a bookkeeping problem. Apparently, if I order online (which is convenient for me) then you automatically apply tax for a tax exempt entity. My bookkeeper was told that I need to call in my order to get the tax exempt status. It is just another step for us.

They were very realistic and let me know that some of the flowers in the photo would not last in the summer heat and found perfect replacements for them to give me the same look and feel. All of the flowers held up beautifully on the hottest day of the summer. Their prices were fantastic, quality was over-the-top. Everything was ready on time and they made it easy for us to transport.
